VAT Regulations
As of 01.01.2015 the
VAT rules in the European Union, for electronically operated stores have
changed. All prices are final prices including value added tax to be considered
in each country and are reported separately on invoices.
We apply the following
classification for VAT collection from the perspective of our location in
Germany:

Private customers
from EU: Invoices mention the VAT of the respective country in which the
service is used

Customers from
Germany: Invoices do not mention the DE VAT (MwSt.) according
to the § 19 UStG
-
Customers from Third Countries
(non-EU):
Invoices do not mention VAT
* The assignment
is followed automatically during the ordering process, where the customer
indicates the country of residence. If you are already a customer and want to
place a new order or renew an existing order, we encourage you to check the
customer data in advance for accuracy and request for adjustment if necessary.
Right of Withdrawal
In distance selling all private
customers within the EU are entitled to a 14-day return policy that can be used
without giving any reason. To comply with the duty to inform our customers about
their rights, we will provide before, during and after the order, all the
necessary information in the form of legal instructions and an electronic form.
At this point you are free to use other channels for revocation as well.
Please note the exceptions to the
right of withdrawal before you sign a contract with us. The right of withdrawal
may result in premature termination or expulsion within individual services and
digital goods, in the case that both parties agreed to the immediate execution
of the contract. This includes for example; digital goods or individual services
which are tailored exclusively for this order. If such a product falls under
this exclusion, we indicate during the ordering process, immediately before
placing the order by submission. This is the case with domain registrations and
web hosting packages for instance. unfortunately, we can not process before the
end of the withdrawal period of 14 days, if you do not accept this agreement.

Conditions of Revocation

will receive a summary including the legal instructions to your right of
withdrawal and the available contact information to submit your revocation.

Legal Information
The presentation of products and
services on our website and at our network belonging providers does not
constitute a legally binding offer, but indicates a catalog. By clicking the
button "Complete Order", you make a binding confirmation to order the items in
your shopping cart. The receipt of your order will follow immediately after the
order has been submitted and does not constitute an acceptance of the contract
from our side. The general
Terms of Service (TOS)
are accessible at any time through our website. You can check your order status
and all related data after login to the
Customer Service Panel. You will receive the login details by
email directly after your order. The billing information are sent in the same
time. You can make the payment transaction by using the prescribed
payment methods.
All products and services are digital goods and are delivered electronically,
unless otherwise indicated. A physical shipping is therefore not required in
most of the cases. We offer our communication and the content of our website and
service areas in German and English, contract language is German.
